The Training Floor
We are an amazing fitness center offering a wide selection of workout equipment catering to most any style of training for any age. We have a full line of Cardio equipment, pin select, and plate loaded machines. We also offer free weights with dumbbells ranging from 5 to 120 lbs. More than enough adjustable benches, weighted barbells, smith machine, squat racks, and we even have olympic plates for those who wish to workout without the fear of any bells or whistles going, should you drop your weights.
We also offer a large variety of functional training equipment such as kettlebells, suspension training bands, resistance bands, training sled and more! Anything you need, we got it!
